Aerobic Exercise for the Lazy
Hate going to the gym? When weather prevents exercise outdoors, try aerobic exercises at home.
Little or no equipment is necessary.
Cardio fitness is essential--perhaps the most important single thing you can do for your health and well-being. Watching TV, listening to music, laying on the floor—are all great activities for the lazy person. Add in some of these cardio routines and I promise you that no one will call you lazy any longer.
